An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our management team for a period of two years .The Team Leader role is jointly responsible for ensuring that our practice framework and service objectives are achieved, to ensure that adults in Doncaster are able to have better experiences and build better lives.
The Team Leader role will lead on embedding the co-production principles with people who draw on our support and their carers; to develop and deliver better social care provision.
Ensuring adult social care and support is delivered as an integral function of the council’s performance management framework, the Team Leader is a key role responsible for ensuring mechanisms are in place for understanding experience, activity and monitoring performance in terms of finance, quality and the achievement of relevant internal and external targets.
