KIRKLEES COUNCIL ARE ADVERTISING THIS ROLE ON BEHALF OF WEST YORKSHIRE FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE
This position will be predominantly based at Headquarters with some requirement for home working.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and deliver the future redevelopment of the Fire Authority’s Estates portfolio at a time where the Fire Authority is investing significantly to ensure its buildings provide fit for purpose spaces in key locations to deliver a first-rate service to the people of West Yorkshire.
You will have proven experience working in a busy property and project role within an environment of comparable scale and complexity, be flexible and adaptable, with extensive skills and knowledge identifying and delivering programmes of works and property services in line with organisational strategies. You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with membership of a relevant professional body eg. Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Charted Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) as a desirable.
Applicants must also have a car available for work purposes with valid business insurance and a reliable home internet connection.
