Are you passionate about improving health and reducing inequalities in our communities?

We are recruiting two Project Officers to work with local communities and voluntary/third sector organisations to tackle inequalities in uptake of childhood and adult vaccinations within Derby City and Derbyshire County. These exciting new roles will support the development and delivery of a local Vaccination Inequalities Plan; building on learning from the COVID vaccination programme, with a particular focus on community development and engagement.

You will require excellent communication, listening and influencing skills alongside a good understanding of the factors that can affect people’s health. You will have experience working with both individuals and local community groups and will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team across organisational boundaries.
