What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Deputy Program/Quality Assurance Manager. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM/USAFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

What You’ll Get to Do

As a Deputy Program Manager you will be part of a leadership team working to formulate, propose, capture, and execute on a new large-scale Communications Information Technology Government program. Some of the problems faced are frequently complex and require broad-based solutions that impact areas outside of immediate responsibility. You will maintain daily coordination with the Program Manager, COR and Site Leads, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status. Your responsibilities include supporting the development, fielding and maintenance of global mission critical systems supporting the warfighter. This position reports to the Program Manager and supports:

Creating clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality

Ensuring team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members

Coordinating resolution of production-related problems

Ensuring proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services to EUCOM and AFRICOM Headquarters.

Conducting and/or participate in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle and develop and evaluate program processes and system standards

Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and conciseness, ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts

Supporting recurring retrospectives and foster a continuous process improvement mindset among the team

Ensuring ISO/IEC 20000 Service Management System (SMS) quality assurance and execution

Managing the yearly ISO/IEC 20000 inspection

Performing independent audits of ITI2 products, services, and deliverables

Developing and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures

Tracking and maintaining metrics that assist the team in understanding performance

Ensuring team adheres to QCP processes and procedures

This position is located in Stuttgart, Germany. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and deployment of processes, templates, training, and tools that contribute significantly to the reduction of project risk and the achievement of customer satisfaction.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

US Citizenship is required along with active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI

10 or more years’ experience in management of projects/tasks similar in scope and requirements to current program

Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

Thorough understanding of the assessment, preparation, and implementation of environments and change control activities for complex tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated team

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Possess the ability to work with others to coordinate efforts, resolve cross-team issues and communicate changes

Experience with ISO 20000 standards

Experience in internal and external audits

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Four-year college degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience

Ability to obtain TESA by meeting once of the following requirements

BA/BS +3 yrs. recent specialized or

AA/AS +7 yrs. recent specialized or a major cert + 7 yrs. recent specialized or

11 years of recent specialized.

Bonus would be having:
Experience with IV&V and Quality Assurance

Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

LSS Master Black Belt certified
